Leisurely horse riding for beginners: Go on a short outing with a group and a qualified instructor. The activity includes an explanation about how to handle a horse. This activity is not suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Therapeutic horse riding: This activity consists of an introduction and first contact with the horses by way of preparing the equipment used, grooming, etc. while accompanied by a qualified instructor at all times. The goal of this activity is not to eventually ride the horse, although those who wish to do so can. When you go horse riding, the muscles, and senses are put to the test, and the majority of people who have done so avail of the opportunity to enjoy a completely new experience to the full.
Adapted horse riding: This activity deals with horse riding as a means of providing users the mobility and way to normalise their lives. Horse riding as a channel for integration and overcoming personal hurdles.
